Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026

This policy explains how Heirloom Data ("Heirloom," "we," "us") handles information collected through heirloomdata.ai (the "Site") and in our early conversations with you. It does not cover the licensing of any company's operating data. That only happens under a separate written agreement that you review and sign.

What we collect

The Site does not ask for, and you should not send us, company files, data exports, passwords or system logins.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We will not share your company's identity with any buyer without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site and our communications. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Loading the Site requests fonts from Google's servers, which receive standard technical information such as your IP address. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversations, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we are working together or are required to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@heirloomdata.ai. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for exercising them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
